Several of them serve as chief of gastroenterology at nearby hospitals, and a number of them have been recognized as top-quality physicians in publications, including but not limited to: Best Doctors in America and Top Doctors New Jersey, and US News Health - US News & World Report.We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Procedure Scheduler at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank, New JerseyThe Procedure Scheduler Responsibilities are:* meeting with patients either in person or via telephone to schedule all Gastro Intestinal Procedures .* Also handles all related clerical duties as requested by physician; new patients, recall patients,* Open Access Patents, Hospital in/out patients, infusion arrangements, pre-procedure pre-authorizations, prescriptions, insurance verification and any other duties as assigned.* e-scribe, portal messages, G-Messages, PIF,* This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.The Procedure Scheduler must have the following qualifications and experience:* High School graduate or GED,* some college or equivalent job experience.We offer competitive base salary, generous benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Voluntary, Time-Off Benefits, EAP, 401K and Commuter Benefits.Job Type: Full-Time
